Christmas Gift Ideas
It is that time of year when we can start planning what to get our loved ones. I am always searching for cute gift ideas for people and thought I’d share some of the ideas I liked with a range of budgets in mind.
Gifts under £10
A winner at Christmas is a hamper of cholates and sweets. These can be done on any budget really but you can get such a big range for £10. What I love about this is you can buy a cute box or bag for under £2 and fill it with sweets and goodies. These are especially good if you are planning on doing them with a few people as you can buy multipacks and split them up so your loved ones get even more variety. This idea is perfect for anyone as you can tailor it to dietary needs and all ages, it is so simple and a great Christmas gift to keep them snacking through Christmas movies.
Another gift under £10 is fluffy socks. I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t want a pair. They literally have these in any store, any budget and any pattern you can think of. You can even get socks and a bath bomb and pair these together for a cute and cosy night in and is a perfect gift for someone you want to make sure they have a relaxing evening. If they don’t have a bath there are some gorgeous smelling shower smells which are like bath bombs for showers and they smell divine.
Etsy is a great place for finding gifts of all pricing. This is defiantly the place to look for cute handmade soaps or candle gift sets under £10 they are so cute and really make the gift so much more special when they are handmade and I am aiming to buy through small business this year as much as I can so is a great place to start.
Gifts Under £20
A great gift for someone who has just moved house is a personalised door mat, loads of Etsy stores smash it with this. There are some which have animals painted on which is perfect if they have gotten a new puppy within the year. I think this is a fab gift and is something that anyone would love as you can’t get it wrong with door mats and just makes the house more of a home.
Another affordable gift is the boots products they always have a range fo pricing but have loads for under £20 and is great for anyone no matter how close you are to them. Boots always have such a variety and do so well to target all the age ranges so whether you are looking for a Child, teenager or adult there will be something here, this is a perfect last-minute idea too!
The perfect gift for a book lover s the handmade book sleeves found on Etsy, you can really decide how much you want to spend and is perfect for people who always have a book on them. I really love the ones with cute buttons, some even engrave the buttons or sleeves for a more personalised touch which I think is so pretty.
For Someone who loves a drink, you can buy they a bottle of fizz and get some glasses engraved for them. This can be bought from personalised specific websites, amazing and Etsy so just depends where you love to shop the most. I really love this idea and can be for anyone who is close to your heart.
If the person you are buying for is a crystal lover like me you can really get something in any price range but £20 could allow a nice-sized crystal or a lovely goody bag of crystals. I have seen a lot of Etsy shops that do premade sets of crystals included with little notes which would be great for however much they love crystals. I love Etsy for crystals as they mostly always come with little notes about the crystals which I think is so cute.
Gifts Under £50
An Obvious gift under £50 is jewellery there are so many cute handmade pieces of jewellery on Etsy under this price but if they are ae a pandora lover there are so many items avail at this price range from charms and rings to necklaces and jewellery boxes. This is such a lovely way to add some sentiment to jewellery and I love the freshwater pear and gold plated jewellery handmade on Etsy.
For the cheese and wine lover, you can get a personalised cheese board, a lot come with a swivel out with the knives included as well as some of their fav cheeses with flavoured biscuits and a bottle of red wine. These hampers can be made by yourself - I love doing it this way just a bit more personal; however, there are so many places online you can get a hamper from for a lot of price ranges. The boards keep forever and they also get a night of cheese and wine for them so it is like 2 gifts in 1!
John Lewis always has really nice homeward gifts for Christmas and think you can get lovely glassware set for a couple. They also have a really good electrics selection whether it be a new Alexa or an espresso machine for that coffee lover.
If you are buying a gift for a beauty lover loads of shops do a selection of gift packs for a range of price range however at this price range they start to really add some nice products in the bundle and you start to get more for what you pay. Loads of brands do this so wether you want to get a selection of brands or just all from a brand your loved ones are obsessed with there is something in the beauty shops!
